Build and create
Our client base includes mostly +1000 FTE companies in the accounting, law, FMCG, banking, fashion, IT and corporate sector. You will become responsible for our Key Accounts. Together with your relations (HRM, FM and management board) you can build and create the service delivery for the Key Accounts and their employees.
What are your responsibilities in brief?
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain our products.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of TOS products and services.
- Resolving complaints and improving processes to prevent them.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
What do we offer?
- Minimum 4 years of account management or sales experience.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree level required, preferably in business administration or disciplines related to sales, marketing etc. Master's or MBA is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch.
- Excellent account management skills and a "relations & sales" mentality
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
