A good example of increasing involvement and vitality is the OHRA challenge. In addition to the usual services we provide for the OHRA location in Arnhem, we came up with the idea of going the extra mile for OHRA employees. Especially now that everyone has been working from home for almost a year.
In order to increase involvement and visibility, we started a 30-day challenge. And with success! Some 130 participants via the tos challenge platform are participating in challenges such as running, push-ups and a healthy diet challenge. A great example of commitment from both parties showing that you can do something great for your employees!
